Bauhaus Projects is a boutique building company based on the Mornington Peninsula, led by founder and sole director Adrian Bill. A fully qualified engineer, Adrian began his career in engineering before moving into construction, where he served as a Site Manager on some of Melbourne’s largest commercial projects.

With extensive experience in both engineering and site management, Adrian has contributed to several of Australia’s most prominent flagship developments. Most recently, he earned his Passivhaus accreditation and managed the construction of a community centre with a focus on sustainable design.

Bauhaus Projects was founded from a vision to bring together exceptional project management, sustainability, and industry best practices in residential construction. Adrian’s broad skill set makes him especially well-suited to building high end, architecturally designed homes. His long-term passion lies in advancing sustainable housing designing and building Passivhaus standard homes and helping make sustainable construction the norm across Australia.

Adrian is supported by his wife, a qualified engineer and designer, who is often consulted on his projects. Together, they’re raising two children.
